How do I register?

Step 1 - Click on the desired camp session below to download your application and registration information.

PRE-TEEN CAMPS (ages 8* - 13)

PRE-TEEN WINTER RETREAT (ages 9 - 12)

There are three single week summer sessions to choose from, Pre-Teen 1, 2, or 3. A camper can attend one or more weeks.

* Campers must turn eight years old by January 1st before the summer they plan to attend.

TEEN CAMP (ages 13** - 17)

TEEN WINTER RETREAT (ages 13 - 18)

There are two single week summer sessions to choose from, Teen 1 or Teen 2. A camper can attend one or both weeks.

** 13-year-old campers have the option of attending Pre-Teen or Teen Camp, but are encouraged to attend Teen Camp.

Step 2 - Fill out the appropriate sections of the application.

Step 3 (Summer Camps) - Mail the completed and signed application with a deposit check for $50 per week to the address below.

Please do not come to Camp without first submitting an application and completing the registration process.

CAMPER DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP TIMES:

Camper drop-off time: between 1pm and 4pm on Sunday.
Camper pick-up time: between 11:00am and 12 Noon on Saturday. No lunch is provided, but hot dogs are available for purchase at a small fee.

Refunds

Full Refunds
- If notice is given 30 days prior to the session start date
- Illness cancellations may require a doctor's letter for full refund
- Bereavement or family emergency

Partial Refunds
- If cancellation notice is less than 30 days prior to the session start date, the refund includes the fees minus the registration deposit of $50 per week
- If a child leaves camp during a session due to illness or injury, or behavioral problems, the refund is pro-rated for the time spent at camp

Discounts

FAMILY DISCOUNTS:

If you are paying for 5 or more weeks, deduct $25 per week from the total bill
(i.e. 5 weeks = $125 discount, 6 weeks = $150 discount, etc.)

Campers must be immediate family members (siblings)
Must be full week sessions of Pre-Teen, Teen, and Summer Roundup camps only
All applications for the family discount must be mailed in one envelope to the Registrar

Extras

HORSES AT CAMP
Horseback riding will be offered for all weeks of Pre-Teen, Teen, and Summer Roundup camps. Campers will experience winding trails running throughout hundreds of acres of Camp's scenic woodlands. A separate fee of $60 per week will guarantee you multiple rides throughout the week or, if you wish, you may purchase $23 individual ride tickets ($46 for two days) at the camp store upon your arrival. (Inclement weather may affect the number of rides available.) Some horseback riding is available during Family Camp Week also.

Horseback riding is included at no additional charge for those campers attending Summer Roundup.

ROPES COURSE
The Ropes Confidence Course has been a great success in recent years. Many different events have challenged campers. Trained instructors will lead campers through activities which help to teach and demonstrate Biblical principles such as trust, faith, and cooperation in a real and memorable way. We look forward to adding more events in the future.

There is no additional fee for the Ropes Course.

Earn a Free Week at Camp!

Have you been a camper before at Li-Lo-Li? If so, you qualify for the “Bring a Friend” discount. Bring a friend that has not attended summer camp at Li-Lo-Li in the past and you will receive $50 off the price of your session! Bring two friends and receive $100 off, up to the full fee for a week! Use the coupons here and send in with your registration paperwork.

Discounts apply to full week sessions only, not weekend retreats. Discount can be applied to the camper or to the invited friend. Discount is in effect only if the friend registers and actually attends camp. Capacity is limited. Subject to available openings.

Application must be received by the registrar at least 2 weeks before your session starts.
