What is Camp Li-Lo-Li's refund policy?

Full Refunds

  • If notice is given 30 days prior to the session start date
  • Illness cancellations may require a doctor's letter for full refund
  • Bereavement or family emergency

Partial Refunds

  • If cancellation notice is less than 30 days prior to the session start date, the refund includes the fees minus the registration deposit of $50 per week

  • If a child leaves camp during a session due to illness or injury, or behavioral problems, the refund is pro-rated for the time spent at camp

Medical Form

Do I need a doctor's signature?

The Camper Medical & Health Care Provider Consent Form is required by New York State and must be signed by a Health Care Provider. This is essential for ANY medications to be given to the camper at camp, including vitamins, over-the-counter medications, and prescription medications. 

What is the camp's policy on head lice?

Children are at risk of exposure to head lice when participating in activities where they are in close proximity to each other, such as schools, camp, day cares, etc. Therefore, in the best interest of all campers, Camp Li-Lo-Li has a "no lice, no nits" policy.

According to Health Department regulations, each child will be screened for lice by Camp medical personnel upon arrival at Camp. The "no nits" policy means that even if a child has recently been treated for lice, but is still found to have nits (eggs) or dead lice in the hair, that camper must be sent home. Therefore, it is very important that the task of combing all nits out of the hair be performed prior to arriving at Camp.

Camper / Staff Emails

Can I send my camper (or staff) an email?

The web pages to send a camper or staff person an email are no longer being used. It is possible to send a camper an email through the Campwise Registration System. Here are the instructions:

  1. Click Here to get to the Campwise Registration System
  2. Login using your username / password
  3. Once you are logged in, you will see "One-Way Communication" in the lower left corner of the dashboard screen.
  4. Click "New Email" to create the message to send and submit.
  5. You will be able to select one or more of your campers to send the same message to. 
  6. Once completed, click Submit.
