Every year we train many willing
volunteers who want to serve the Lord by serving others at camp. With a pool
and waterfront to watch and hundreds of campers each summer to supervise, our
lifeguards are an important part of each camp season. 

The Lifeguard Training course will be offered at camp during
Summer RoundUp on August 11-17, 2013.
This course teaches how to respond to a water emergency in either the
pool or lake.  

Topics include:

The Professional
Facility Safety
Surveillance and
Injury Prevention
Emergency Action
Water Rescue
Before Providing
Care and Victim Assessment
First Aid
Caring for Head,
Neck, and Spinal Injuries

Participants must be at least 15 years old.
Registration will
begin on Sunday August 11, 2013 at 2.00 pm
The training will end on Saturday August 17, 2013
at 11.00 am
The program can only accommodate 8 participants so register with us

Certification is good for 2 years and includes CPR/AED First Aid training
Cost for the training is $145.00 (includes accommodation and meals)
Cost for materials is $32.00 + shipping
