Friends of Camp Li Lo Li.
started construction to replace (eventually) 13 cabins in both the Boy’s and
Girl’s area at Camp. Currently we have 4 cabins under construction with the
foundations phase going on now. Below you will see a rough construction
schedule for the completion of these cabins. This schedule will be fluid in the
sense that if we are ahead of schedule we may not be working on what you will
see on the current schedule. Likewise if we fall behind the same would be true.
I will try and provide a weekly update as to what is going on that week so that
you can pray for this project’s completion and for the safety of all those
involved. Please feel free to contact me with any question or concerns you may
have.
The Dates I
have listed below on this schedule are all Saturdays. There will be work being
done throughout the week as individuals are able to help out but for the sake
of larger work days – Saturday will be the “Big Event” days.

Special consideration – We are wanting quality work to bedone by skilled workers. That is not say that if you have a strong back but are
not gifted in construction to stay home. There is always a great deal of
general labor to be done. To that end, we currently have a great need to cut up
logs into fire wood and then to split. This wood is right in the middle of the
Girl’s area and will need to be taken care of. Of course there are other
projects that need done as well.
I’m
reminded of the words of Haggai; “So the Lord stirred up the spirit of
Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, the governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua,
son of Jehozadak, the high priest and the spirit of the whole remnant of the
people. They came and began to work on the house of the Lord Almighty, their God.”
